As of September 2012:
“[50% profit] Fundraisers are for non-profit organizations; no personal fundraisers. Proceeds from the fundraiser must be only for the benefit for the named non-profit organization.”
Note: This change does not affect previous fundraisers with a signed contract already submitted to the Home Office.”
This simply means that the 50% Fundraiser Program with Eclipse are done with NPOs and those that can provide a Tax ID. They cannot be done for individuals as the proceeds will be made out to the NPO.
Not a Non-Profit or an individual and need to raise some funds? We can still do one for you! There are only a few differences:
1. No tax exemptions on orders.
2. Percentage of earning for your group is limited to 30% or less.
3. Select items or full catalog is available for purchases.
